Bold & Easy is the point. Thick lines, open petals, no microscope required. I colored three plates the first night with a 12-pack of markers.

I bought the classroom pack. Large-print mandalas work for mixed ages. Students who hate ‘tiny adult coloring books’ stayed for the whole period.

If you want filigree that takes six hours, this is not that book. It is what it says: be still, and color. Paper takes pencil well. Markers ghost a little — use the single-sided trick.
